Your plan is built specifically for you, your current body, and the body you are working toward. Every workout is designed to help you progress safely and effectively. You'll have clear demonstrations for every exercise and you'll be able to leave notes, messages, and videos so I can check your form and progress.

We'll track your progress together through chat or video calls. I'll make adjustments to your program and keep you accountable every single week. You can message me anytime during the week with questions, updates, or for extra motivation. I'll be right there to guide you!
